My Story
Originally from a small town in Germany, I spent my childhood dreaming of the days I could travel the world. In 2017, I packed my bags and set off on my journey. I’ve lived in Australia, New Zealand and spent a lot of time in Indonesia. Whilst on my travels, I documented the moments that felt special and the people around me. One day I picked up my first analog camera in New Zealand and I knew this is what I am meant to be doing and the rest is history!
My Ethos
As with any new business, it’s hard to find your niche and your place in the world. It was only when I started documenting small, everyday moments that I found my thing. I believe that powerful photography lies in the in between moments, when you’re not paying attention or trying too hard. Sundrenched Studios was born with a mission to capture documentary-style photography that’s intimate and fun.
